Autoflow is made by a shop owner for shop owners.
We were founded by Chris Cloutier – a shop owner – after he saw a large gap in communication with his customers. The world sends texts, but shops don’t. After searching for a product that would fill this void in the industry, Chris set out to design a tool to keep his customers informed and spent countless hours with technicians, service writers, and customers to ensure the system was comprehensive and intuitive.
