Even if shop isn’t using Mobile POS, orders created in TME will flow to Autoflow as both tickets and work orders, along with customer history, appointments created in Autoflow will be added to the Shop Calendar’s request queue, and appointments created in the Shop Calendar will go to Autoflow, and statuses will sync both ways.
