​We are excited to soon release our Kiosk/Scheduler, the newest product addition to Autoflow’s already robust digital suite. This new feature will allow a shop to attach the scheduler to their website for customers to schedule appointments which will go directly into Autoflow, and, soon to come, their Shop Management System (SMS). Alternatively, the Kiosk/Scheduler can be used for customers to check in at the shop and further avoid the counter rush and waiting for an available service advisor.

This is actually version 2.0 of our Kiosk/Scheduler. Candidly, we scrapped the first version because…well, it sucked. It was setup at my shop, and the feedback wasn’t good, so we started over. Version 2.0 is both user friendly and mobile friendly. Customers at my Golden Rule Auto Care repair shop locations have been enjoying it for a few months now. And, yes, it is nice having the perfect testing environment, although the people running my shops sometimes don’t agree. (Change is hard, and a lot of change is even harder.)

With Autoflow’s Kiosk/Scheduler, you can keep your existing website. We don’t do websites, and there are great companies out there that do. If you want to use our scheduler, just point your website to it, and you are done. The kiosk will just require you to have an internet enabled tablet, laptop, or computer setup in shop for the customer to check in.
