Bi-Directional Appointment Sync
Integration between Autoflow and TireMaster Enterprise ensures your calendars are accurate between both systems.
From Autoflow to TireMaster:
- Regardless of which method is used – the appointment will appear on the Scheduler screen under “Appointment Request Queue”
- Double click the appointment to create a job and assign it to a bay, setting the Job Name to the RVH (Reason Vehicle is Here)
- From TireMaster to Autoflow:
- Appointments created in TireMaster will transfer to Autoflow and recieve the text confirmation and 24 hour reminders (if appointment texts are enabled)
- Update the Job Name
- Advisors adding appointments to TireMaster can use the Job Name field to document the main concern for the client’s visit.
- Appointments created in TireMaster will transfer to Autoflow and recieve the text confirmation and 24 hour reminders (if appointment texts are enabled)
When a client with an appointment arrives – the integration supports multiple Check-in methods.
To check the vehicle in from Autoflow:
- Click Checkin on the appointment’s visit in Autoflow or change the Appointment’s status to “In Parking Lot” and the appointment will turn purple on the TireMaster Schedule.

To check the vehicle in from Autoflow:
- Click Checkin on the appointment’s visit in Autoflow or change the Appointment’s status to “In Parking Lot” and the appointment will turn purple on the TireMaster Schedule.
Updating the status to “In Parking Lot” which will check the vehicle into Autoflow.
