How To Transfer A Ticket From HITS BPOS Into Autoflow

  • Add the customer, vehicle year, make and model, license plate number (tag #) and lines to the ticket.
  • Open the “Appointment/Status” tab.
  • From the “Vehicle Status” drop down menu, select “On Lot”.
  • Select “Save” or “Save & Return” from the bottom of the page.
  • Ticket will now appear on the Active Customers page in Autoflow

How To Access Autoflow And Text A Customer

From HITS BPOS while in a work order, select “Text Customer” from the bottom.
This will take you to your Autoflow page and open the text dialog box for that customer.
