How to transfer a ticket from CDK to Autoflow


Step 1:

  • Once a ticket has been created in CDK go to Autoflow
  • Select “Add Customer”

Step 2:

  • Select whether you would like to search by RO Number or Phone Number (We recommend RO Number) and Search.
  • The information will populate on the screen, verify this is the ticket you would like to transfer.
  • Select “Add to dashboard” at the bottom of the RO information.
  • The ticket is now on your “Active Customer” screen.
