User Mapping between CDK and Autoflow ensures everyone is properly assigned in both systems.
From CDK
- Use the same employee code you use to assign work in CDK
In Autoflow
- From the admin menu select Manage Users
- Select the Edit button next to the employees name
- Add the CDK employee code in the field labeled SMS username
