Enable Appointment Sync in Autoflow

  1. Select Company Settings from the admin menu
  2. Slide the Appointment Sync toggle to the Yes

Note: Omnique automatically presets the appointment with the current date and the next hour when scheduling from an open ticket. To prevent syncing the incorrect date/time, Autoflow will not transfer appointments set for less than 2 hours from the current time.

Note: Just like Ticket Transfer, Autoflow requires appointments have a customer name, phone number, and vehicle to transfer the appointment.
