  1. Select the Service Advisor from the Ticket Info drop-down list.
  2. Select the Technician from the Ticket Info drop-down list

  • The Service Writer and Technician are both assigned in the Autoflow workflow.

  • Navigate to the Employees menu in Omnique
  • Note the Employee First and Last name
  • Characters must match in Autoflow

  • Navigate to the Autoflow Add/Manage users page.
  • Click “edit information” on the user you wish to map.
  • Enter the Employee (First and Last) name as it appears in Omnique into the SMS username field.
  • Make sure to save your changes.
