Logging In

Logging In
  1. Service Advisors will receive an invitation link and passcode, via email and/or text, from the Claims Adjuster.
  2. After clicking the invitation link and entering your name and passcode, access the iDVI inspection by clicking the Sign In button.

  1. Verify the Customer and Vehicle information are correct at the top of the iDVI
  2. Follow any claim specific instructions present in the Items to Inspect section of the iDVI.
    • To add a requested picture or video, click the camera/video icon, left of the orange Concern icon.
    • Adding an image or video will automatically check the “Acknowledge” indicator
  3. When you have completed the claim specific instructions, complete the Vehicle Verification instructions found in the DVI Items section of the iDVI. Add requested images or videos by clicking the camera button to the right of requested image in this section
  4. Once you have added all necessary claim information, images, and videos, click the blue Complete Inspection button at the bottom of the iDVI

Note:

You can add multiple images to each line in the iDVI. Add as many images as necessary for the Claims Adjuster to be able to clearly see and document the failure or damage.

Videos must be short in length. Recommend video times should not exceed 1 minute for best results.

  • Once your iDVI has successfully been submitted back to the Claims Adjuster, a Confirmation page will appear giving the Claim Summary Details.
