M1 – Adapter Properties

The adapter runs in the background

• The adapter must be running on one machine to transfer new tickets into Autoflow
• The adapter is typically set to auto-open after restarts
• The adapter runs in the background, you can open from the system tray

Start the adapter using the shortcut

• Some system updates or events may require you to restart the adapter
• To restart, click the shortcut added to your desktop by Autoflow support

Start the adapter using the shortcut

1. Date Lookback – Set up to two weeks back.
   • This option is used to choose how far back Autoflow should look for database changes
2. Phone – Identify the phone field that will be used by Autoflow.
   • Be sure this matches your Cell or Mobile phone field in Mitchell 1
3. Disable RVH – Determine if you want to import notes as Reason Vehicle is Here in the DVI
   • True = Disabled (no notes transfer)
4. Auto Close – Set to close tickets in Autoflow when orders are paid or posted in Mitchell 1
   • True = Auto-close is enabled
5. Work Order Status – You can set multiple status’ to sync Work Order Generation
   • To sync Work Order generation, spell the same as a status in Mitchell 1. (case sensitive)
