Transfer approved work to Autoflow for tech tablets
- Select a status that is setup to trigger the adapter to generate the work order.
- You can use multiple status (including initial status) to generate the digital work order
- BE AWARE: Work Orders will be generated if you leave your generation status selected. Be sure to estimate work in a status that does NOT generate a WO or use SUB-Estimates in Mitchell for additional sales.
Use TechFlow to prioritize technician assignments
- TechFlow allows you to see and manage your potential labor
- Tickets can be split among multiple technicians and prioritized differently for each tech.
- Advisors can track jobs as they are clocked into and engaged by technicians.

Technicians track job completion and document repairs
- Inspection Mapping with Mitchell is done using spelling match. Techs can click on the inspection and the open the proper inspection that was sold by the advisor.
- Labor lines will appear with hours exactly as entered in billed time in Mitchell 1.
- Parts will appear in their own list. Arrival of parts can be indicated by any user or staff member that retrieves parts. See work order training: Digital Work Order
