Assignments in NAPA TRACS Enterprise will translate to assignments in Autoflow.
Step 1: Retrieve the employee’s Code from NAPA TRACS
In NAPA TRACS Enterprise open the “List” drop-down menu and select “Employee/Technician”
Find the employee you would like to map and copy their “Code”
Step 2: Add the employee’s code from NAPA TRACS Enterprise to the employee’s Profile in Autoflow
- Navigate to your “Manage Users” screen from your admin menu
- Find the employee’s profile and select “Edit Information”
- Place the code you copied from NAPA TRACS Enterprise into the “SMS username” field.
- Select “Save Changes”
Final: Now you see the assignments on your Active Customers page
