Sync your status fields in ROW with your work flow in Autoflow.
To Sync: Spell each status exactly the same. Simple.
- When you select the status in ROW, it will automatically move the status on that record in Autoflow
- The status sync is one way. Autoflow status changes can occur without making the status change in ROW
- The ROW status will remain unchanged if update was initiated in Autoflow.
- It is possible to add many more status fields in Autoflow, allowing shops to create more specialized steps.
