How to move a customer along the workflow

  1. Find the customer you wish to update the status of
  2. Click on the desired stage of the workflow you wish to move them to
  3. If prompted, enter the amount of time that stage should take, then click the checkbox
    • (Example: Waiting on parts – 1 Hour)
  4. The customer will move down the workflow, receive a text and time may count up/down depending upon workflow settings
