Reminder Set Up
- Pick between our default message or a Multi-linked review page.
- View your upcoming follow-ups in reminder queue.
- Select the default time after tickets are posted that follow-up message is sent out.
- Toggle on/off Customer Score: See here for more on this feature.
- This toggle will let you modify the 0 -10 scale from the default NPS standard.
- The test button will help you test your reminder to make sure everything works appropriately.
