When work is authorized in Shop-Ware, generate the Work Order in Autoflow
- Build your order in Shop-Ware
- Ensure all work on the order is authorized
Generate the ticket from the Shop-Ware RO#
- Click on the WO in Autoflow
- Users will be queried with a yes/no option for generating the WO.
- Technicians do not have to wait for advisors to complete this step. Since all items on the WO generate, best practice is to have Advisors be the ones to say “Yes”
Full list of parts and service on your Autoflow ticket
- Techs will see all parts and labor in Autoflow
- Newly approved work can be regenerated, SA’s can click regenerate, or ask the technicians
Prioritize work in Autoflow TechFlow
- Once a tech is assigned, use drag and drop prioritization in TechFlow.
