Adding 360 Payments to your Autoflow system is simple.
Setup is simple
- Contact 360 Payments to subscribe.
- You can keep your current CC provider
- Once your account is set, 360 Payments provides Autoflow with the API and security keys to allow integration with their system
Using Text to Pay – A completely natural evolution of your texting ability
Step One – Shop sends payment link
- Once vehicle is ready, click the payment button from the text modal
- Enter the invoice number
- Enter the amount to be paid
- Click Send Payment Text
Step Two – Client clicks link in text
- Just like the DVI, the client will receive a link.
Note: The link will show your shop signature with your phone number
Step Three – Client reviews payment screen
- Your client will have a secure and simple screen to enter their card details
Step Four – Client enters credit card details
- Invoice and dollar amount show for the client on the landing page
- Client clicks the payment button
Final Step – Notifications
- Client receives notification of payment success
- Shop receives text confirmation of payment
- Shop receives email confirmation
