Pre-Load Videos in DVI Sheet Setup

1 Preadd MV

While completing the DVI, a technician can add the relevant informational video using the highlighted button on the DVI line item as seen in this screenshot. This will automatically search for the line item name, but can be searched manually as well.

Videos Will Appear in the DVI Header

Once an item is clicked as red or yellow – videos by MV will automatically appear.

Advisors can easily click delete to remove videos that may be unnecessary on individual inspections.

When viewing the DVI report the informational video will be attached to the relevant line item. Clicking the video link will take them through a 3D rendered video explaining the process and why it is necessary.

Already a Moto-Visuals subscriber?

Moto-Visiuals is a free integration with Autoflow, all you need to do is this:

  • Contact support@Autoflow.com and request MV integration.
  • When enabled you can plug in the API key to your Integration Setup page in autoext.me.

Instruction on our Integration Setup Page explains the next steps you’ll take from your MV login.

  • Goto Moto-Visuals Account Settings.
  • Goto Personal Details.
  • Goto Manage API Key – Generate the API key, paste this key into Autoflow Integration Setup Page.
