Autoflow Introduces TireConnect integration to the Autoflow Online Scheduler

Autoflow introduces the free TireConnect integration. A one-of-a-kind seamless connection bringing your tire shopping experience into your online scheduler

 

It works like this. Setup a job in your your Autoflow Scheduler Setup page – toggle the TireConnect integration ON for that job – and now when your client selects that job in their online appointment process – they can choose the tires they want! All the order details flow into Autoflow and are visible in the details section for that vehicle. We also receive the year make model information from TireConnect to to add the vehicle to your customer’s profile without the double inputs necessary for your clients. Check out the video! Setting Up the Integration

To enable this integration, ensure that you have both the Autoflow scheduler and Tire Connect activated. Once the integration is enabled, you can customize the services or jobs within your scheduler to trigger the Tire Connect interface.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Navigate to Scheduler Setup in your Autoflow account.
  2. Add or edit a service related to tires in the Service and Repair Jobs section.
  3. Toggle the Tire Connect option to enable it for the selected job or service.

With this setup, when a customer selects a tire-related service during scheduling, they are seamlessly directed to Tire Connect to complete their tire selection process.

The Customer Experience

Once the integration is active, customers can access it via your scheduling link or tools like Google Reserve (available for Autoflow users). When a customer selects the “New Tires” option during scheduling, they’ll be guided to the Tire Connect interface, where they can:

  • Search by vehicle, license plate, or tire size.
  • Browse available inventory, deals, and promotions.
  • Select tires and schedule an appointment, all within the same interface.

For example, a customer searching for all-weather tires can quickly view options, compare prices, and place an order. Once they select their tires, they can seamlessly schedule an appointment based on your shop’s availability in Autoflow.

The integration goes beyond scheduling—customer information and vehicle details entered in Tire Connect are automatically synced with Autoflow. This includes tire specifications, part numbers, and pricing, ensuring your team has all the information they need to prepare for the appointment.

Additionally, customers receive automated confirmations and reminders via text, enhancing communication and reducing no-shows.
