How do I change the status into an appointment?

  • Click to turn the status into an appointment
  • Select date
  • Select time
  • Click update
    • Client will be immediately texting the appointment confirmation with the date and time.
    • Clients will also receive a 24 hour reminder, automatically the day before the appointment
      • Both of these texts can be customized in the workflow setup screen by the system admin.
