Getting Started
To get started:
- Select Search at the top of the dashboard.
- Once on the Search page, select Click here to transfer/merge vehicles and customer in the top right corner highlighted in blue.
Select an Option
Next you will select a option from the drop down menu.
The options are:
- Transfer a vehicle from one customer to another
- Merge two vehicles
- Merge two customer profiles
Merging Two Customers
- First, search each customer in each search box labeled Profile 1 and Profile 2.
- Once customers are searched, you can select what information to keep from each profile.
- After making the selections click the blue merge button to complete the merge.
Merging Two Vehicles
- First, search the customer and select two of the vehicles under the customer profile.
- Once selected, you can choose what information to keep from each vehicle.
- After making the selections, click the blue merge button to complete the merge.
Transferring a Vehicle From One Customer to Another
- On the left side, you will need to search the customer that you are transferring the vehicle from, while on the right side you need to search the customer receiving the vehicle.
- Once both customers have been searched, you can select the blue arrow to move the vehicle from one customer to the other.
